Liminal
Liminal: In between, describes states, times, space that exists at a point of change.
Liminal marks our evolution of our MN Nice semi-sweet cider.
Liminal is pure apples, no added sweetness. Cold-crashed in the Minnesota winter to retain natural sweetness. A blend of late-season varieties.
Scratch & Tangle
Floral and fruity, each batch is unique. Same great flavor in this batch, with a brand NEW label!
If you have ever foraged wild black caps you know why we name this cider Scratch & Tangle. This seasonal batch of Scratch features farm grown Organic raspberries, complimented by wild foraged black cap raspberries from the old orchard and only Haralson apples.
MN Nice
An extra special batch of MN Nice. Bright and sweet – a taste and feel of being in the orchard, picking with us. Find it at Lost Saint Brewery (Blue Earth), The Cidery at Blackshire Farms (Beaver Creek) and Patricks (St. Peter).
If you loved MN Nice in a bottle, switch to Liminal, and our evolution of our flagship sweet.
Community Hopped
LIMITED RELEASE!
A true community cider, made with apples and pears gathered from our country neighbors. The hops aged beautifully.
In a world where we are all so busy – often not taking the time to get to know our neighbors, or only knowing them through social media – this process brought us closer together and made it feel more human. It was surprising the number of varieties of apples that we were able to find, over 13 varieties in this cider! This cider was fun to make!
Batch No. 4
Before Batch No. 4 was fully fermented, we “cold crashed” it to retain some natural sweetness. Sweetness and pure apples.
Fifteen varieties, mostly heirloom, including Gloria Mundi, Golden Russet and Porters Perfection.
wayward
Pure apples, wild fermented. Keeping it simple.
Each batch of our Wayward wild fermented cider is unique, at the will of the wild yeasts in the orchard. Nothing but apples and time. A blend of 16 apple varieties.
2025 Wrapping up…
As a harvest driven orchard we press with the season and bottle late winter when it’s cold. Approaching late November we’ve been restocking the fermentation tanks and almost done wrapping up our pressing season.
Watch for a NEW release this winter!
